What is Psychodrama?

Psychodrama is an experiential, action methods Psychotherapy. It is one of the psychotherapies recognised by UKCP and is part of the UKCP Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapies College (HIPC).

Psychodrama offers a way of getting to the heart of emotional and personal process issues. Themes causing barriers to participants’ lives can be explored.  Such themes may be difficulties with anxiety, depression, relationships and stress.  All can be addressed using psychodrama.
